I have attended countless leadership seminars and I have read a dozen scripts on leadership. I have succumbed to the 101s, 102s and the ‘what what’s’ of leadership which in all fairness have strengthened my leadership stamina, yet I have always felt there was a missing script and voice in the rather dense leadership library.The Public Servant takes special focus on ‘SERVICE’ and what it truly means to be a servant leader. Leadership without a following is null and at best loitering. Leadership grounded and rooted in honest and whole hearted service is true leadership or perhaps it should be spelt as ‘LeaderSHEEP’?
